Exhibitors and industry partners who opt to bring groups of hosted buyers to our Expo are the backbone of our hosted buyer program. We refer to them as intermediaries.

What are the functions of intermediaries?

As an intermediary, you will take responsibility for your clients, verify their hosted buyer registrations, and invite your clients to the expo. Your responsibility is to make sure everyone in your group is aware of their schedule, that they will stay for the performance, and will reserve and attend meetings throughout the expo’s hours. You will designate a group leader to oversee them and serve as your group’s main point of contact with us.

To assist you with all of this, a specific GETSE Relationship Manager will be assigned to you. For your convenience, we are additionally providing easy to operate instructions that cover every aspect of acting as an intermediate.
